
Post-Run Stretch Sequence
After running, let’s make stretching part of the routine! I love this quick post-run stretch yoga sequence. It’s less than 10 minutes and all standing – so once you know it, you can do it anywhere!
This sequence involves release for the hamstrings, hip flexors and quads, plus a little something for the IT Band and shoulders.
As often as possible, follow later in the day with a more relaxing class, for complete restoration!
